January 12, 2026 — Chang Gung University of Science and Technology (CGUST), Taoyuan, Taiwan, warmly welcomed a delegation from the University of Phayao (UP), Thailand, led by Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao, for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement was co-signed by Professor Dr. Jun-Yu Fan, President of CGUST, marking a significant milestone in advancing international academic collaboration between the two institutions.

The MOU reflects the shared commitment of CGUST and the University of Phayao to strengthen academic cooperation and foster meaningful international engagement based on mutual respect and trust.
