一、為促進外籍學生瞭解我國文化並增進學習華語文興趣，以及展現對臺灣的熱愛及分享多元觀點，特舉辦本項比賽。

二、活動訊息如下：
1.報名日期：115年9月1日至10月12日止。
2.比賽順序：115年10月16日公布本館官方網站「最新消息」。
3.比賽日期：115年11月17日（星期二）上午10時開始。
4.比賽地點：臺灣戲曲中心臺灣音樂館B1視聽室（臺北市士林區文林路751號）。

報名注意事項請詳閱比賽簡章(附件)，逾期或資料不全者，不另通知補件，視同報名無效。

I. Purpose
This competition is organized to encourage foreign students to deepen their understanding of Taiwanese culture, stimulate interest in learning Mandarin, and provide a platform for students to express their passion for Taiwan while sharing diverse global perspectives.

II. Event Details
Registration Period: September 1 to October 12, 2026.

Contest Order Announcement: The sequence of speakers will be posted on October 16, 2026, under the "Latest News" section of our official website.

Date of Competition: November 17, 2026 (Tuesday), starting at 10:00 AM.

Venue: Taiwan Music Institute, B1 Audiovisual Room, Taiwan Center for Mandarin Arts (No. 751, Wenlin Rd., Shilin Dist., Taipei City).
