二、錄取名單公告後，請留意您的Email信箱，我們將會透過Email將相關文件寄送給您，請詳閱並完成以下注意事項：
Following the announcement of the admission list, please monitor your email inbox. Relevant documents will be sent to you via email. Please read carefully and complete the following requirements:
1.請於2026年7月8日23:59前（臺灣時間，GMT+8）填寫「錄取生確認回覆就讀同意書」線上表單，逾期未回覆者，視同放棄錄取資格。本校將於確認申請者就讀意願後，核發正式入學許可書。
Please complete the online Confirmation of Enrollment Form by 23:59 (GMT+8, Taiwan Time) on July 8, 2026. Applicants who fail to respond by the deadline will be deemed to have declined the admission offer. The official Letter of Acceptance will be issued after the University confirms the applicant's intention to enroll.
2.正式入學許可書將於本校收到申請者回覆後，以電子郵件及紙本方式寄發。請於回覆書中填寫完整之收件地址及聯絡資訊。
The official Letter of Acceptance will be sent by both email and postal mail after the University receives the applicant's confirmation. Please provide your complete mailing address and contact information in the Confirmation of Enrollment Form.
