Entry Permit Application for Hong Kong and Macao Students

香港、澳門學生入境臺灣前，應先申請 入出境許可證。
Students from Hong Kong and Macao must apply for an Entry and Exit Permit before entering Taiwan.

一、入出境許可證申請
I. Entry and Exit Permit Application

1. 申請事由 / Purpose of Application
請選擇 「留學」。
Select "Study (留學)".

2. 申請證別 / Permit Type
依個人資格選擇適用證別；如適用，請選擇 「單次入出境證」。
Select the applicable permit type. If eligible, choose "Single Entry and Exit Permit".

3. 應備文件 / Required Documents

（1）二吋白底彩色照片。
Two-inch color photograph with a white background.
（2）香港或澳門永久性居民身分證。
Hong Kong or Macao Permanent Identity Card.
（3）有效護照。
Valid passport.
（4）本校錄取通知書。
CGUST Admission Letter.
（5）其他依個人資格須提供之證明文件。
Other supporting documents, if required.

4. 許可證效期 / Permit Validity
單次入出境許可證一般自核發翌日起 有效六個月， 實際以核發證件為準。
A Single Entry and Exit Permit is generally valid for six months from the day after issuance. Please check your permit.

二、良民證申請
II. Police Clearance Certificate

香港、澳門學生申請在臺居留時， 年滿18歲者原則上須提供良民證， 但符合免附規定者除外。
Students from Hong Kong and Macao aged 18 or above are generally required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate when applying for residence in Taiwan, unless exempt.

證明書要求 / Certificate Requirements：
最近五年內之警察紀錄證明， 且證明書須於 三個月有效期限內。
The certificate should cover the preceding five years and must have been issued within the previous three months.

（一）香港學生 / Students from Hong Kong

步驟一 / Step 1： 準備身分證明文件及相關機關要求的推薦函或證明信函。
Prepare identification documents and the supporting letter required by the relevant authority.

步驟二 / Step 2： 透過香港警務處網上平台提出申請， 或依規定預約親身辦理。
Apply through the Hong Kong Police online platform or book an in-person appointment if applicable.

步驟三 / Step 3： 依申請方式確認是否須提供指紋。
Check whether fingerprint submission is required.

申請費用 / Application Fee： 港幣340元 / HKD 340 （以官方公告為準 / Subject to official updates）

重要提醒 / Important： 香港警務處一般將證明書直接寄送至要求機關，請保留申請收據。
The certificate is generally sent directly to the requesting authority. Please keep your receipt.

（二）澳門學生 / Students from Macao

澳門學生可向身份證明局申請 「刑事紀錄證明書（行為紙）」。
Students from Macao may apply for a Certificate of Criminal Record through the Identification Services Bureau.

三、入境後居留申請
III. Residence Application After Arrival

入境臺灣後，請依規定向 內政部移民署 申請適用之居留證件，並注意申請期限。
After arriving in Taiwan, apply for the appropriate residence document through the National Immigration Agency within the applicable deadline.

An admission letter is not an entry permit.
