On August 27, 2026, Chang Gung University of Science and Technology (CGUST) had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), Vietnam, for an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony.
Representing both institutions, Prof. Tsong-Long Hwang, Vice President of CGUST, and Prof. Tran Dinh Thang, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at IUH, formally signed the MOU, witnessed by professors and researchers from both universities.
The ceremony marked an important milestone in strengthening the partnership between CGUST and IUH. Through this agreement, both institutions look forward to expanding collaboration in academic exchange, joint research, faculty and student mobility, and educational development.
The visit also provided a valuable opportunity for faculty members from both sides to exchange ideas, explore potential areas of cooperation, and build stronger connections for future academic initiatives.
