2026/09/18-09/24 Welcomes University of Phayao for a Week of Learning and Cultural Exchange
Chang Gung University of Science and Technology (CGUST) welcomed faculty members and students from the University of Phayao, Thailand, for a week of academic learning, institutional visits, and cross-cultural exchange in September 2026.
The welcome event on September 21 brought together faculty members and students from both universities. It marked the beginning of a meaningful program that offered opportunities to share experiences, learn from one another, and build new friendships.
On September 22, the visiting delegation toured Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and the Formosa Plastics Group Museum. The hospital visit introduced participants to Taiwan’s healthcare system and clinical care environment, while the museum visit provided insights into the history and development of Formosa Plastics Group. These visits enriched the participants’ learning beyond the classroom.
Throughout the week, academic activities and interactions with CGUST faculty members and students encouraged the exchange of ideas and perspectives. The program concluded with a closing event, celebrating the knowledge gained, experiences shared, and friendships formed.
